Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your mattress within 100 nights of delivery.  

 Here’s how it works: 

Condition: The product must be in a clean, donatable condition—free from stains, tears, spills, or strong odours. 

 Process: 

  • Reach out to us at hello@thesleepsync.com or call our support team. 
  • We’ll send you the return packaging and arrange a free pickup within 7 business days. 
  • Once we inspect the mattress and approve the return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 working days, using your original payment method. 
  • Wrong Size Orders: Returns for wrong-size orders may incur a return shipping fee. Please double-check your mattress dimensions before placing your order. 

 

Cancellations: 

Before Dispatch: You’ll receive a full refund. 

After Dispatch: A small logistics fee may be deducted. 

Custom Sizes: Made-to-order/custom-size products are non-cancellable and non-returnable. 

 

Exclusions: 

Returns are not eligible if: 

The mattress is damaged through improper use or on unsupported surfaces. 

There are visible signs of neglect, including stains, cuts, or exposure to extreme temperatures. 

The return request is made after the 120-night trial window.
