Yes, all SleepSync mattresses come with a warranty (up to 15 years, depending on the model). The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Terms and conditions apply. 

For slatted frames, we recommend using bed slats that are flat (not bowed), wooden, and no more than 4 inches apart.

We recommend giving your body 2 to 3 weeks to adjust to the new mattress. This allows your spine and muscles to align with the mattress’s ergonomic support.

Yes, SleepSync mattresses are compatible with most types of bed bases, including slatted frames, flat platforms, and adjustable beds. Ensure the base is sturdy and supports the mattress evenly.

Many of our models come with a trial period (please check with your local dealer). If you’re not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or exchange as per the return policy.

To extend the life of your mattress, rotate it every 3–6 months, use a mattress protector, and follow the care instructions provided in your user manual.
