At Sleep Sync, we want you to sleep soundly and shop confidently. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new Sleep Sync mattress, our return policy ensures a hassle-free experience

- 100-Night Trial Guarantee for the billed product.
- Customers are eligible (as per point 2) for a full refund if they are not satisfied within 100 nights of sleeping on their new Sleep Sync mattress.
- The return request must be initiated within 100 nights from the date of purchase.
- Return Eligibility
- Returned mattresses must be in donatable condition, meaning:
- No stains, tears, or other damage
- Free from odours or signs of soiling
- Sleep Sync reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return.
- Orders placed by mistake in wrong sizes cannot be replaced or returned.
Note : Please double-check your mattress dimensions before placing your order
IMP: Returns are not eligible if:
- The mattress is damaged through improper use or on unsupported surfaces.
- There are visible signs of neglect, including stains, cuts, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
- The return request is made after the 100-night trial window.
- How to Initiate a Return

- We’ll arrange a free pickup within 7 business days.
- Once we inspect the mattress and approve the return, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 working days, using your original payment method.
- Please include your order details and reason in detail for return in the email.
- Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original purchase.
- Reverse Pickup Process
- Sleep Sync will provide packaging material and necessary documents for the reverse pickup.
- The mattress will be scheduled for pickup within 7 working days of receiving the return request and required information.
- Please note: pickup collections may take up to 5 business days from the scheduled date.
