- Applicable only to standard-size mattresses purchased from thesleepsync.com.
- The trial begins from the date of delivery.
- To truly experience the comfort and support of your new mattress, we encourage you to sleep on it for at least 30 nights before considering a return. During this initial break-in period, the mattress begins to contour to your unique sleeping posture, while your body adapts from your previous mattress. This adjustment phase helps ensure you’re giving the mattress a fair and full evaluation. Most of our customers find that their sleep quality noticeably improves within this window — so we recommend giving it at least 30 nights to fully experience the benefits before making a return request.
- Custom-size products and purchases from third-party platforms and directly from dealers are not covered under the trial.
- Photographic evidence of the product is required for return validation.
- sleepsync reserves the final right to approve or reject a refund request based on policy compliance.
