THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Fabric damage (including tears, stains, soiling, burns, and color fading)
- Body indentations or depressions of less than 1.5 inches
- Edge tape or thread coming loose
- Improper storage or handling
- Previously repaired or replaced mattresses
- Damage from mishandling, ironing, or transport
- Damage from folding, use of chemicals, or uneven surfaces
- Any transportation cost incurred
- Normal wear and tear or recovery time of memory foam or latex materials
Important Note: Your mattress may develop slight impressions as it conforms to your body. These body impression marks are natural and do not affect the comfort or performance of the mattress.
SERVICE CHARGE CALCULATION METHOD
Formula:
Invoice Value × Age of the Mattress (in years beyond one year) ÷ Total Warranty Period
Example:
If a defect appears after 2 years of usage, and the mattress was purchased for ₹10,000 with a 5-year warranty:
10,000 × (2 ÷ 5) = ₹4,000 (Service Charge)

MATTRESS CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove the packaging before using the mattress.
- Do not use side handles for carrying.
- Always place the mattress on a flat, supportive surface matching the mattress dimensions.
- Rotate the mattress (head to foot) every 3 months for even usage.
- Avoid jumping, walking, or placing heavy objects on the mattress.
- Use a good-quality, washable mattress protector to prevent stains and maintain hygiene.
- Never use chemicals, dry powder, or hard brushes to clean the mattress.
- Do not expose the mattress to direct sunlight.
- Keep the mattress away from flames and do not use it as an ironing board.
- Use diapers for babies to prevent bed-wetting.
- Do not fold or bend the mattress; this may cause permanent damage.
- Avoid eating or drinking on the mattress to prevent pest issues.
- Use mini blowers (such as those used for computer cleaning) to gently remove dust.
