The price for Products available for purchase through the Site will be displayed to you on the Site. Any applicable taxes will be communicated to you before you place an order. Sleepsync offers free standard shipping across India on eligible orders.
The Site currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, debit cards and net banking as detailed on the applicable payment screen.
This Return Policy outlines the conditions applicable to order cancellations, returns, and damaged product claims. Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds for COD orders will be issued to the bank account details provided by the customer. An administrative/processing fee of [ 10% of the order value or ₹500, whichever is less] will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers restocking, handling, and reverse logistics charges.
The customer must provide accurate and complete bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name, and Bank Name) within [7 days] of requesting the return. Refunds will typically be credited to the nominated bank account within [7–14 business days] after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a logistics and handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount. The applicable deduction may vary depending on the product, delivery location, and associated shipping costs. Any remaining refund amount will be processed through the original payment method. All return, cancellation, and damage-related requests are subject to review and verification by sleepsync. Sleepsync reserves the right to request additional information, documentation, or photographs before approving any claim. All custom-size and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements.
Therefore:
● Custom-size products cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
● Custom-size products are non-returnable.
Your Sleepsync product is covered by a 15-year warranty subject to proper usage, care, and maintenance. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that occur during normal residential use of the mattress. Sleepsync mattresses are designed to provide long-lasting comfort and support. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, customers may be eligible for warranty service in accordance with the applicable warranty period for their product.
The original purchase must be made on one of our authorized online platforms.The 100-night trial offer starts on the date of delivery of the first mattress, regardless of however many product exchanges the customer makes subsequently.
This policy is limited to one return per address. Returns due to ordering the wrong size, model exchanges, or price issues between sale events are not permitted under the 100 Nights trial policy and will be rejected.
To initiate your return, please send your return request, alongside a valid reason for return, the original invoice and photographs that explicitly show the state the product is in at the time of return. The last decision on refund under the 100 Nights Trial offer will be made at the discretion of one of our employees upon final inspection. The company reserves the right to deny any refund claim if the customer fails to fulfil the Terms and Conditions for the 100 Nights Trial. The 100 Nights Trial offer is not valid on customized sizes, i.e, specifically ordered by the customer which are not listed on the website.
We will deliver the product(s) to you maximum 30 days after the day on which we accept your order. We can also do it as fast as minimum of 2 days depending upon the location. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. We strive to ensure a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience for all our customers. If the product supply(s) is delayed by an event outside our control. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any product(s)s you have paid for but not received. If you are in default of acceptance, we reserve the right to sell the goods to a third party or to hold you liable for any loss. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or inability to access the delivery location, the shipment may need to be rescheduled. Additional delivery or rescheduling charges may apply in such cases. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of placing the order.
Notwithstanding any of these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice or attendant liability, and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Site for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, these Terms will still apply.
In the event of account termination, any ongoing Service engagements shall be completed or, if incomplete, a pro-rata refund shall be issued for the Service fees not yet utilized.
We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of content, posted by third parties. You accept that any reliance on material posted by third-party service providers will be at your own risk. By using or accessing third-party created content, you accept the risk that you might be exposed to content that is objectionable or otherwise inappropriate. These Terms and the relationship between you and Sleepsync will be governed by the laws of Kerala, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Sleepsync agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Kerala for any disputes relating to your use of the Site.
These terms and conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the product(s)s for domestic and private use. If you use the product(s)s for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

From time to time, Sleepsync may offer qualified consumers “gift codes” or “offer codes” through a variety of promotional activities and communications (collectively referred to herein as “Offer Codes”) that are redeemable towards a purchase of Products on the Site. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by SleepSync. SleepSync reserves the right to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve warranty claims at its discretion in accordance with this policy.
