• The trial begins from the date of delivery.
• To truly experience the comfort and support of your new mattress, we encourage you to sleep on it for at least 30 nights before considering a return. During this initial break-in period, the mattress begins to contour to your unique sleeping posture, while your body adapts from your previous mattress. This adjustment phase helps ensure you're giving the mattress a fair and full evaluation. Most of our customers find that their sleep quality noticeably improves within this window — so we recommend giving it at least 30 nights to fully experience the benefits before making a return request.
• Custom-size products and purchases from third-party platforms and directly from dealers are not covered under the trial.
• Photographic evidence of the product is required for return validation.
• Sleep Sync reserves the final right to approve or reject a refund request based on policy compliance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
