Warranty Coverage

Limited Warranty

Congratulations on your purchase of a Sleepsync Mattress. Sleepsync is committed to delivering superior durability and quality to help you achieve restful, healthy sleep.

If a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty is discovered within the first year from the date of purchase, Sleepsync will, at its option, either repair the mattress or replace it with a then-current comparable model and size.

For any manufacturing defect arising after the first year of ownership, Sleepsync will, at its sole discretion, either repair the mattress or, if repair is not feasible, provide a prorated credit toward the purchase of a replacement mattress. The credit amount will decrease proportionally each year of ownership.
